Tar Hollow/Chetek Camper Exchange Program
The two Moravian Church camps, Chetek (July 14-20) at Mt. Morris, WI, and Tar Hollow (July 21-27) near Laurelville, OH, will run a senior high/post high exchange camper program this summer for campers who have completed the ninth grade through age 21.
The purpose of this program is to expose our campers to how other Moravian camps are run, to meet and fellowship with other Moravian youth, and to share ideas with another camp. Exchange campers will be expected to share with Chetek how Tar Hollow works and what they like about Tar Hollow, and then report back to Tar Hollow about their Chetek experience.
MSYMC will be covering the cost of transportation from Columbus, OH to Mt. Morris Conference Center (rental van and gas) and returning to Tar Hollow. If you are chosen, you will have to pay a $100 registration fee. (This is a reduced price from the regular Mt. Morris fees.) MSYMC will be choosing up to 4 campers and a staff person to go to Chetek.
